I could not have asked for a more perfect day for my appointment. The staff was very attentive with their concerns and questions regarding my visit. Nurses as well as the customer service staff are always respectful and as always, I totally enjoyed my visit with Dr. Turnier and his entire staff!

Dr. Turnier is an excellent caregiver. He pays attention to your questions and answers them fully. He makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room. He is knowledgeable and friendly, a rare combination.

I love Dr. Turnier and his staff. From the moment you walk in the receptionists are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Medical staff are very professional and welcoming. I can't say enough about Dr. Turnier. He's polite, compassionate, has a good sense of humor and always explains things well. I hope he never leaves Lee Health because it would be a big loss for patients and Lee Health. The only downside is that it was very hard to schedule a six month follow-up. The earliest follow-up appointment was 10 months out. I realize that is nobody's fault and that the six month marker is still [ ]. I'm sure if I had an urgent need that accommodations would probably be made, but that surprised me. Either way, I wouldn't go to anyone else except Dr. Turnier. That's how much I think of his and his team's professionalism.

Dr Turnier and my son talked about music and he made some recommendations on music for my son to listen to. He put it on when we got in the car and really enjoyed this style music. Dr Turnier went above and beyond to make my son feel welcomed and I appreciated it.

The doctor continues to provide superior medical care and testing as he has for the many years I have been his patient. He updates my meds as needed and encourages me to continue avoidance of allergens. He educates as he treats...thoroughly and carefully. He is cheerful and glad to see patients. He spends enough time and instructs his staff well. Every staff member and patient I've encountered in the waiting room can't say enough about how much Dr. Turnier is liked and respected as the utmost specialist in his field as he also treats the whole of patients' diagnoses along with his paying special attention to interactions of medicines. I hope he will continue working at LPG throughout his life. I must also compliment his staff members for not presenting themselves to his office scented. Many other offices have staff members to whom [ ] due to scented products, perfumes, long nails with polish and overmuch hair spray....not here, they respect patients.
