I experienced a slight delay in receiving my prescription for physical therapy after my appointment. Instead of waiting in the office for the printout, I was informed that it would also be available through the patient portal as well which I opted to do. However, I was unable to locate it on the portal. When I contacted the office for assistance, I was not able to get clear guidance or be directed to someone who could help retrieve the script. Clearer instructions on where to find prescriptions in the portal, or a follow-up message confirming when and where they are posted, would be very helpful.

Dr. Scott is extremely informative in his field of knee replacement. Outstanding doctor. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be free of knee pain.
