Dr Cairone had done lumbar surgery on my back in 2013. I can not say how happy I was to be referred to him for issues with my cervical and thoracic areas of my spine. I have complete trust in Dr Cairone to help me get through with whatever the issue is this time. Thank you Dt. Cairone

As I said, he didn’t spend enough time to explain what I can do, other than physical therapy, for future fractures. I realize doctors are very busy but I feel he should have given me some kind of medication to prevent more fractures. I don’t know that I will go back to him in the future.

I felt bad for him as he genuinely wanted to help me but my problem wasn't he area of expertise as he is a surgeon

Didn’t seem the least bit interested in talking to or examining me. Simply said he couldn’t help me without an MRI and left the room. Not a good fit for me.

Dr Cairone was very good and listened to what I thought was the cause of my issues and we went with a treatment that has been effective so far.I also read his comments on the Mychart web site showing he was listening to my feedback regarding cause of problem.
