As I just stated the nurse practitioner seemed to genuinely care about my mother's welfare. She seemed to go over her case in a very thorough manner. She made sure that we didn't have any other questions before we left. We did not feel rushed.

She made up for a previous bad experience where no on followed up on previous concerns for days. I had about medicine reaction that prevented me from sleeping for weeks and my blood pressure being too low.
