For amount of time he spent with me was quick for the amount of time it took to see me. We have to come 15 minutes earlier than appointment to make sure we don’t put the provider behind but doesn’t seem to matter.

I don’t recall him knocking on the door, introducing himself, or acknowledging me when entered the room - I was preoccupied, so I may not have noticed if it was done.

Your system transition over the past year could have been improved. I had test results from 2022 that got lost between systems and I had to show the doctor the results of a nuclear stress test as he didn't have them.
