Dr. Cooper asked me about details regarding my condition, tests and treatment and gave me great feedback. She was very thorough and took her time speaking with me. She listened very well to my concerns. She's very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I have had very good experiences with her and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an appointment with a gastroenterologist.

She really didn't know at the beginning why I was even there...? (Neither did the MA) So perhaps a little note for the doctor of why you are seeing a particular patient - before you walk in and say "hey why are you here?" - would be good. This follow up appointment wasn't able to be scheduled for months after the procedure appointment, so she didn't remember me at first. Not a big deal once I explained it.

I specifically asked to see Dr. Murphy for this appointment today . I had my first endoscopy with him back in 2021,, I remembered him because I was very scared at the time. I was worried that I might have cancer and he was especially kind,, and thoughtful when he came and talked to me before after the procedure.

When I came to the practice I was extremely afraid after getting my diagnosis. Sara made sure I understood that it wasn't a death sentence and that I could stabilize or slow the progression of my cirrhosis. She cares and celebrates with my wife and I every time we come in and the labs, tests or images are worth celebrating. She genuinely cares. I don't give 10s just to check a box. They are earned and in her case, much deserved.
