I had problems finding her office. My trinty health portal told to to go up to the 3rd floor ste 302. Only to find out she is on the 2nd floor ste 201.

Meredith was excellent in discussing my symptoms, the possible underlying causes and her recommendations for the next steps for testing. She answered my questions and my wife’s questions thoroughly. We really appreciate her friendly, caring manner.

Dr. Cooper asked me about details regarding my condition, tests and treatment and gave me great feedback. She was very thorough and took her time speaking with me. She listened very well to my concerns. She's very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I have had very good experiences with her and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an appointment with a gastroenterologist.

She really didn't know at the beginning why I was even there...? (Neither did the MA) So perhaps a little note for the doctor of why you are seeing a particular patient - before you walk in and say "hey why are you here?" - would be good. This follow up appointment wasn't able to be scheduled for months after the procedure appointment, so she didn't remember me at first. Not a big deal once I explained it.
