None of these is against her. But the fact I had an issue months ago. And I was told a majority of patients that come here need a colonoscopy. The fact a e visit wasn’t offered in a quicker time frame is ridiculous. I’m going to have diarrhea for months before I find out what is wrong with me. Whoever manages the office and scheduling needs to learn efficiency and customer satisfaction. When I was there I heard people leaving. Saying they feel worse than they did. And someone in the hallway says it felt like a waste of time. And I’m sorry but I have to agree with them. I don’t need to be anonymous and I would love to discuss this further so your patients care can get better
