I never felt rushed when talking to the doctor. He definitely took his time with me, and didn't get upset if I repeated what he said or asked the same question. He waa a very compassionate and understanding doctor with me. At my age I have a tendency of repeating things and he was very patient with this.

Staff I had contact with were all very friendly and helpful. Bradley was much more open and explained options much better than previous PA. It was also nice to see Dr [ ].

The nurse who assisted was very good, very personable. The front staff is always nice. The Asian lady who is always nice at check in. Warm and friendly to both me and wife cindy. I apologize that I don't know her name. I hate to describe people, makes me look small. Good office. Badly is new, hope he settles in.
