Dr.Sexton and his staff are so personable, friendly, kind and caring. He listens and takes his time. This was a new patient visit and I was totally impressed with his manner if caring and look forward to being his patient.

The front office staff is consistently difficult to deal with over the phone. I've had two occasions where potentially life threatening situations went unresolved due to office staff refusing to go the extra mile and instead passed the buck onto ER/Critical care when a quick conversation with nursing staff would have resolved it. Dr Sexton is great. The ones gatekeeping the office at the phone level induce anxiety when I have to deal with them

After being a LONG time patient of Dr. Hill it was difficult to have to choose another provider. Because Dr. Sexton interned under Dr. Hill it has made the transition much smoother. I have seen him twice and am very comfortable with him and his approach to healthcare as well as his genuine concern for me as a patient.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sexton, having enjoyed Dr Hill's care for more than 20 years. Dr Sexton was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. He had a knowledge of my history and listened to my responses to his questions and MADE EYE CONTACT, which I felt showed his level of caring and that he was truly listening. He encouraged me to express any health concerns I had. We discussed tests that could be done and he gave me pros and cons of doing them now or waiting a year. I was very impressed with Dr Sexton's care. I have only positive things to say about the timeliness, friendliness and competence of all the staff at the office - that is why I drive more than 3 hours to get there from my home in the Upper Peninsula (having moved there 4 years ago), I get great care.

As always, Dr. Sexton was well-prepared from his study of my medical history, he listened carefully to my questions and comments, and he offered excellent advice and counsel. He scheduled all my necessary tests immediately and placed orders for my prescriptions. Dr. Sexton and his staff were courteous and friendly and it was a pleasure seeing him again. Thank you.

This is the first time seeing this provider since Dr Hill's absence. We liked his demeanor and his approach and we hope to have a long relationship as we did with our previous provider. He listened to what we had to say, told us what his goals were and told us to contact him anytime we had questions.
