Receptionist very friendly, efficient. Provided her name Cara? Which I thought was a great touch. The MA and MD were absolutely fantastic. I wish my area up in Virginia had this kind of focus on patient satisfaction. All staff showed genuine kindness/compassion. Dr took his time, listened to all concerns, very thorough and compassionate. Thank you to all.

Dr Torres is a very kind doctor who shows compassion & concern towards his patients. The only thing I would suggest is that patient history is reviewed prior to appointments. I am very happy otherwise.

Recently, I had my [ ] with Dr. Torres, and I was unable to be more pleased with the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was accommodating, efficient, and considerate of my time. Dr. Torres was comprehensive, dedicated, and gave me the opportunity to express my concerns in depth. Instead of quickly traversing the process, he described each step of the exam in detail and with confidence, making sure I comprehended my health status and the rationale behind each recommendation. What most impressed me was the compassionate nature of Dr. Torres' approach. He facilitated me in talking about personal health concerns, his professional demeanor and calm nature created a climate of trust. I departed with the feeling of not only having faith in my health, but also having the knowledge I needed to make positive lifestyle changes. I�m thankful to have Dr. Torres as my primary physician and would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a physician.

Everybody that I was in contact with on my visit on that day was excellent. I don�t know all their names but everybody that was working was excellent. That�s all I have to say and Dr. Humberto is wonderful. I�m so glad I have him.
