I forget their names, but the receptionist was great, the blonde girls was really friendly and approachable, Dr. Torres was great. It was just a relief to talk to someone who knew what I was going thru.

Always dr Denise torres I will forever be greatful for her kindness and willingness to listen, she gives advice on things other then just addiction treatment and has helped me personally get birth control and advised me on different mental health outlets. She's a one in all Dr who truly cares for her patients, and takes her time to help in all areas of your life. Great Doctor.

I always have an excellent experience. Nurse Cheryl is amazing and always responds da to my messages on MyChart. Dr Torres is above and beyond!! I have been blessed with my doctors at this office. First Dr Meonning, then Dr Parrish and now Dr Torres. All kind and understanding. Caring and empathetic. And always offering advice and how proud they are and encouraging. Even the change of nurses. The front desk. I'm so lucky to have found this specific doctors office. I was sad to hear that Carmina at the front desk left. I've known her the whole 5 yrs I e been going there and felt like she was my friend. I wish her well.

Love the staff! Everyone is always so kind and always smiles at me and makes me feel so welcome! They always take the time to explain things to me and I appreciate it more then they know!!

Dr Torres is top notch. She is compassionate and empathetic and nonjudgmental, which is important in addictions medicine. She listens to me and gives advice when warranted. I think she is great and it's too bad she is only an addiction doctor because I'd like to have her as my PCP.

The young lady-administrator I believe-set me up on "my chart" which I find invaluable- all patients should be set up on this important tool when they enter your system

Dr. Torres is an excellent, thorough, thoughtful, and caring doctor. I actually feel that she's on my side and willing to help always. Please keep Dr. Torres around. Dr. Torres and the front desk as well as the nurses are all excellent. I really feel that they're there to help the patient. Other places were not that way, ever. I have sent multiple patients to Dr. Torres, they all still attend and are all doing so much better than they had been, they're sticking to it and that's due to Dr.Torres and the whole team there.
