Dr. Torres is an excellent, thorough, thoughtful, and caring doctor. I actually feel that she's on my side and willing to help always. Please keep Dr. Torres around. Dr. Torres and the front desk as well as the nurses are all excellent. I really feel that they're there to help the patient. Other places were not that way, ever. I have sent multiple patients to Dr. Torres, they all still attend and are all doing so much better than they had been, they're sticking to it and that's due to Dr.Torres and the whole team there.

Dr Torres has been wonderful to me! I am in the process of leaving the area and she has been very helpful in trying to find me a doctor to continue my treatment! She is always concerned about how I feel about things happening in my life and even remembers my new granddaughter name and asks about all my kids! She makes me feel relaxed and less anxious the moment I enter her office! I will miss her terribly!

I would like to give special recognition to Carmina, Libby, Sarah LPN, and Dr. Torres who I would rate each of them with an Above excellent rating if it was an option. They went above and beyond in providing the type of care that I have never experienced before as a patient seeking this type of care from any other establishment. The teamwork between everyone was authentic and palpable and the enthusiasm that I felt from everyone while welcoming me as a new patient gives me incredible motivation to continue my treatment with your establishment!

Dr. Torres has literally saved my life, and because of her the quality of my life that I have left is the best it has ever been in my 58 years on earth. Because she cared enough about me as a "whole" person, she researched medical care for something unrelated to my [ ] and because of her caring enough to help me find the BEST care in a specialty field, the sight I have [ ] (I went completely [ ]) has been saved!!! I would be [ ] in BOTH if she didn't step up. None of my other doctors did, nor offered any help there and she just cares for the entire person. She also referred me to the BEST pcp I've ever had in my life, my health, although [ ], is still the best it's been in forever. She did that, by referring me! There are not enough words to explain how she deserves recognition for excellence. I've never met another Dr. like her. She can have the tough conversations leaving one's dignity intact. She's brilliant. She's super caring.

Dr. Torres was amazing! The appointment actually went WAY better than expected, just seemed kind of long.. But other than that, it was great! Didn’t feel any guilt or shame while sharing the positives and the negatives of my life with Dr. Torres. She helped me so much already!

Dr Torres is amazing and let me take time to start with the front desk. Carmina and shitana are amazing. It's the best experience a patient could ask for. They have helped me with a variety of different things over time. I'm very grateful for them. Dr Torres has helped me to become an overall healthier person. she gave me a better understanding about [ ] and how general health plays into it, she even referred me to the [ ], with [ ] to make sure i understood, I think she was a [ ] before this. haha that helped me decide to get and [ ] which brought my [ ] for the first time. and othe decisions that are playing a major role in being healthy and feeling better. thank you very much team! -sincerly, [ ]
