HE strikes one as being a bit shy. This has definitely improved over time. I do feel that being [age] does affect my healthcare.

I think Dr Mathew is great. Always listens and either prescribes what is needed or makes suggestions to remedy my issue. His office staff is wonderful. They always respond to my inquiries online immediately. Dr Mathew and his staff are very pleasant, helpful and terrific!

I have found Dr Matthews to be a very kind gentleman. I have never felt rushed during appointments and am very satisfied with services provided by this office.

I am very comfortable with Dr Mathew, he is easy to have conversations with about my health and doesn’t hesitate to refer me to a specialist if he cannot treat my issue/problem.

I would tell them that Dr. Matthew was very professional but not a skillful communicator. I think his office staff needs to be more proactive in following up on calls from patients. I have had 2 calls that I made that didn't seem to get to the nurses because I never received a follow up on wither one.

I saw dr Mathew because my doctor was on vacation. I thought Dr Mathew was thorough, respectful, he listened and I believe he cared. His nurse was very polite, helpful and nice as well.

The doctor was pleasant and informative and we had probably the best communication yet. Tracie the nurse was also easy to talk to and seemed to genuinely take an interest in my health.

Dr. Tom's Matthew is very kind, polite, respectful, and very thorough with my health needs. The staff are also polite, respectful, and follow through with my appointments, testing, and results. I highly recommend Dr. Tom's Matthew and his staff. Thank you!

Yes. Sometimes Dr. Toms is right to the point but I respect that. I can see how others may be sensitve to that approach. Personally, I think he is a good doctor and would recommend him.
