Dr. Mathew and staff are as good as anyone could ask for. Everyone is very professional and caring. Dr. Mathew is a great physician who you will appreciate almost instantly. It will truly be a sad day when Dr. Toms Mathew hangs up his stethoscope for the last time. Who will listen to my problems then?

Dr. Mathew is the best primary care doc I have ever had. Professional, knowledgeable, great communicator and listener. He is into preventative medicine which I highly appreciate as at [age] I am still putting on 12 miles a week.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Professional, very good communicator/listener, into preventative medicine ( which I greatly appreciate ) very knowledgeable. Better to prevent it then have to fix it!! I hate to see this doctor retire.

I was not able to get an appt with my regular primary Dr two weeks after my 3 day hospital stay, Dr.Matthew was available and my appt was made with him which I was extremely satisfied with .

Dr. Mathew and his staff are the best part about MyMichigan Health. I hope you can hang onto him because then you can hang onto me. Wonderful provider who is confident yet caring. Always prompt and I never feel rushed. I trust his judgement and that is huge. Thank you for asking!

I think Dr Mathew is great. Always listens and either prescribes what is needed or makes suggestions to remedy my issue. His office staff is wonderful. They always respond to my inquiries online immediately. Dr Mathew and his staff are very pleasant, helpful and terrific!

I would tell them that Dr. Matthew was very professional but not a skillful communicator. I think his office staff needs to be more proactive in following up on calls from patients. I have had 2 calls that I made that didn't seem to get to the nurses because I never received a follow up on wither one.

I saw dr Mathew because my doctor was on vacation. I thought Dr Mathew was thorough, respectful, he listened and I believe he cared. His nurse was very polite, helpful and nice as well.
