Dr Tolbert took his time and listened to all my concerns and fully answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and explained things simply, so I could understand. I left his office feeling that he is caring and compassionate.

My regular Dr [last name] was to busy and needed to be seen ASAP well Dr Tolbert fit me In to his busy day Immediately diagnosed my problem of stool being backed up and he was right told me what to do and prescribed the right medication for my recovery well one day later pain gone and plumbing working all I can say is this team of doctors Dr [last name] and Dr Tolbert second to none and don't forget the whole team from phone reception to triage nurse this office is managed very well

Dr. Tolbert was amazing, he actually listened to me, discussed a few avenues we could go down and let me know ahead of time so I have time to contemplate and research before making a decision. Other providers have dismissed my concerns, and I felt as though they had already made up their mind and I was there as a formality. In addition, he is actually knew how my diseases impact my overall health and how we could treat them most effectively without giving me a one size fits all approach when it has not worked in the past. I actually l left feeling heard, understood and confident that he could properly guide me on my path to better health. I appreciated him so much that I have also made an appointment for him to be my child's doctor.

Dr. Gerry Tolbert he was great he deserves not a five, but I would say about a 20 it was great and everyone else in that office are great from the front office to the assistant of the doctor everybody.
