Based on my experience, I like the way they interact with their patient, and they explain to their patient that they are there to keep the patients healthy. They also listen even just for 10 minutes they listen to the side of the patients. Not only one way but a good communication between health and life.

I believe the front desk service has muchly improved. People are not eating at the front desk or making loud voice and talking to each other over the booths in which they are sitting to serve the patients. I think the changes are really good.

I went to 3 male doctors including one in the TMH system and had very poor experiences with them. I am so happy to have found Dr Rincon. I hope that she will stay in this practice for a long time because she is the best primary care physician I have ever had.
