Dr. Rincon always explains things and offers suggestions when appropriate. I appreciate the care she gives me. Things were running a bit behind, but while she was in the exam room with me, I felt I had her full attention. I didn't feel rushed or hurried. I don't know how she does it, but she makes it look easy. I know it isn't easy, but she is always fully present and not distracted when she is dealing with me and I deeply appreciate that.
