I had to wait quite a while to see the doctor but it was a problem with the insurance not the office. I’m always seen quickly and this was unusual. I love Dr Janney! I recommend her to everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Easterling since she was at Patients First on N Monroe ~1990s or so. When she opened her own practice, I followed right behind her! She is the only physician I’ve had that actually listens to everything I say and never talks down to me. It’s rare that she’s ever late, but if she is, she’s quick to apologize for it. I’ve not had any other doctor do that! I’m so glad she’s younger than I am, because I don’t want to have to find another doctor when she retires!
