On my last visit, during check in, a nurse was standing at the check out window talking very loudly about another patient and rescheduling her visit for a phone visit. She was very loud and unprofessional, it made me uncomfortable. She continued into the reception office without respect or concern for privacy. It takes a lot to bother me, but her behavior did. I trust this office for privacy and professionalism.

I have been a patient of Dr. Easterling since she was at Patients First on N Monroe ~1990s or so. When she opened her own practice, I followed right behind her! She is the only physician I’ve had that actually listens to everything I say and never talks down to me. It’s rare that she’s ever late, but if she is, she’s quick to apologize for it. I’ve not had any other doctor do that! I’m so glad she’s younger than I am, because I don’t want to have to find another doctor when she retires!
