He treats you like family and has the best bedside manner of any Doctor I have ever meet. In 18 yrs of dealing with him I have never had an issue with anything and that says a lot because even good doctors you have a disagreement especially in 18 yrs. If you feel as a patient that you want to try a differnt treatment then he suggests he informatively explains why he would rather go this route first and the benefits he sees coming from that. His explanations always makes more sense and by the time you leave you understand the benefits and his process and you are good with it because you know he has your best interest in mind.
