A fantastic doctor who is passionate about his service to his patients. Always considerate, friendly, and thorough. He goes over details, results, makes referrals as needed, is concerned about your health, and is compete in all he does. A fantastic doctor who will be greatly missed upon retirement! Best wishes!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Tetzlaff and his staff were also very friendly and helpful. I will miss Dr. Tetzlaff, now that he is retiring, but wish him well.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I’ve been a patient of Dr T’s for close to 40 years. With his upcoming retirement, I’ve become a medical orphan. There are limited medical providers in this area but I have secured a nurse practitioner appointment for later this summer. To be honest, anyone will have a hard act to follow after Dr T.

Dr. Tetzlaff always has been kind, professional, sincere and proactive to help acquire and maintain my personal health. When he suspects that there is an issue, he is not afraid to be proactive to obtain additional tests, etc. He is always willing to work with other Doctor's on my behalf. He is a great Doctor and I value the friendship that we share over the over 40 years as my personal Doctor. I will miss him when he enters retirement in the near future.

Dr. T is the best. I've been going to him as my PC provider since he opened his practice. I am going to miss him when he retires. Are doctors allowed to do that? :-)

Dr titzlaff always was able to talk to me in a way that I knew he had just read my record and that's really reassuring it's not like going there and nobody knowing what I was there for he always was so good and and very attentive

Dr. Tetzlaff is excellent. However, he's retiring and it seems like My Michigan Health can't keep new doctors because of the demands put on them. My Michigan Health doesn't care about patients, only about money... you just want to treat and street. The doctors are good but My Michigan Health is bad management since it's takeover.

Dr. Tetzlaff is always great. I have been a patient of riverside for 30 years and am very grateful for the great care I receive. I plan on continuing with Sarah Hill NP after Dr. Tetzlaff retires.

Dr, Tetzlaff is an exceptional doctor. I have been a patient of his for over 40 years. He is retiring and I honestly can't imagine anyone else being nearly as great as he is. Filling his shoes will be extremely difficult. Good luck Dr. T. I wish you the best!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Tetzlaff was very helpful, as always, in offering options to address my problem. He is also excellent at returning portal text messages which I greatly appreciate. His nurse, Connie, explained why a mail order prescription request was not received, and I will relay that reason back to their customer service. I also want to give a major shoutout to Brenda(I believe she is the triage nurse) who was so caring and helped me through a very high blood pressure time, being a liaison to Dr. Tetzlaff, promptly returning phone calls and solving a prescription refill issue. Brenda should be commended on the excellent job she is doing in her position.

Dr. Tetzlaff is and always has been excellent. The people who work at Riverside are great. My Mich Health is not great. It is terrible compared to what it was as War Memorial. God help you if you have to go to the emergency room.

Dr. T has been my doctor for close to 30 years. He is one of a kind. I will miss him in his retirement. I hope I can find a Dr even 1/2 as soon as he has been for me.
