Was treated like I’m un educated and couldn’t understand the situation the he was trying to communicate to me. Bottom line is he didn’t want to help me and that’s unfortunate because I will no longer use SSM

All the staff members were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of what they did while entering and leaving office. Dr. Moser always try to find the best way to help and explain to me whatever I need at time and help find referrals if I need one

Dr. Moser is always incredibly helpful and listens to all of my concerns. He explains things in a way that are easy for me to understand and does a great job of walking me through treatment options. He has always taken excellent care of me.

I am new but I did feel comfortable with him. I was nervous about leaving a doctor of 20 years but he made it smooth

I expect to leave with a written plan for care. I expect better addressing of my current circumstance and how to deal with it. I got more answers by googling my condition after I left.

Dr Moser is a true caring doctor. Dr. Moser listens to everything that you’ve got to say. He’ll talk over options with you and help you make an inform choice. He’s very easy to talk to and his great bedside manners. Dr. Moser treat you like a real person and not just a paycheck walking in the door. I would like to thank Dr. Moser and all staff in the office for making healthcare much easier for me and my family. Thanks again, David Lynds.
