Dr Tim Franke is an experienced health professional who is genuinely interested in helping the client understand their condition and needs through informed discussion, follow-up testing and explanation of results. He is personable, easy to talk with, and puts test results into a meaningful context while entertaining client questions and concerns. His considerable clinical experience enables him to assemble a realistic health care path going forward with helpful commentary regarding probable expectations along with possible future testing and relevant treatments.

Dr. Franke was very courteous and professional and showed a lot of respect for my wife. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Visit was very professional. My only complaint was time frame for interview wasn’t told to us prior to appointment. Being 3 hours made for a long day.

Dr. Franke started out by showing a form that he would complete. That form was more important to him than the patient. His opening statement was: So you have concern about your memory. My husband stopped him and asked him to review what would be the structure of this visit, what were his expectations, and what would we get out of the visit. He should have discussed at the beginning. At least 5 times during the visit, while I was talking, Dr. Franke looked at his watch. I have never experienced that kind of rudeness from any other provider. I got the impression that Dr. Franke had something else on his mind than my appointment. When my husband asked about frontotemporal dementia, Dr Franke corrected him on the pronunciation. That was rude and condescending. At the end Dr. Franke rushed through the pages of resources. He kept jerking the paper away and turning it around so that he could read it. I did not feel like I was being treated as an important individual.

All though he was very thorough I didn't feel very hopeful for a better outcome. Maybe because there was not anything that could be done. We will see after our next appointment

Dr Franke is a compassionate doctor that takes the time to listen and understand my issues! He reviewed my case before meeting with me and thoroughly interviewed me in our session! He listened and gave me suggestions to try! It became apparent to me that he was very knowledgeable and experienced! It didn’t take long for me to trust him! At felt hopeful at the end of our session and knew I was in good hands!
