I brought my sister in for a neurological exam. It was best determined that she has Frontal Temporal Dementia, which did surprise me as a caregiver. We were told there is “no treatment”. My disappointment is there were also no recommendations, resources given, for a patient to be at only age of [AGE]. I have on my own looked into the dementia institute and am reading about resources and assistance to help navigate my sister on this path of what I know as a [OCCUPATION], a grueling diagnosis. This office needs to offer better education for families

Dr Ali was very compassionate and caring of my mom. She put her arm around my mom when she was sad and frustrated. Dr Ali is amazing!! Shannon , the nurse, was very kind and caring with my mom. Great office !!

The visit itself was pleasant, however, when we arrived for the visit, we were informed that the insurance may not cover the visit. It would have been nice to know when the appointment was initially scheduled over 6 months ago.

Dr. Ali is so caring and understanding. She explains things well and is very patient. I really enjoy working with her. She helps me understand my condition and always has advice about how to continue to be healthy.

I would recommend her and her specialty to any one who will listen. I really thought I had some serious memory issues, but given tests showed no diagnosis of it. Just what comes with age.

She is an excellent doctors and takes her time communicating clearly so that her accent is not an issue. She was very supportive with the amount of effort I and my wife have put in to attempt to maintain a good quality of health.

My questions were unanswered and I felt more confused after than before i went in. The visit was not what I thought it was. So it was hard to answer her question if what was I hoping to get out of it or why was I there.

Susan seemed unfriendly at most. Abrupt at times. She was knowledgeable . Explained results of testing, but at times over our heads. Asked her to send results to our other Dr. she told us to make copies and send them to whoever needed them. Thought that was quite unprofessional. We waited 7 months for an appointment and were quite disappointed with her attitude. We are confident with the diagnosis.

Dr Ali was excellent with listening ang explaining what was happening with me. And made me feel relax at what was happening to me and letting me know it was normal.
