What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She was the most thorough exam I have ever had. No one has ever checked my carotid artery. I was so comfortable with her! A dear friend asked me to contact her after meeting her as she was considering switching doctors. She’s already made her appointment.

Dr. Philip and her staff make me feel like a valued patient every time I call or visit. Dr. Philip in the primary care doctor that everyone hopes to have. She cares about her patient’s health and is very knowledgeable about health issues.

Can not understand her. She has mask on at every visit. I know I am hard of hearing but the mask doesn't help.

She is very thorough. It's because of her, that my thyroid cancer was ultimately found. In addition, the cause of my kidney stones was discovered to boot! She cares about her patients. She's the best PCP I have ever had, hands down.

I’m grateful to have Dr. Phillips as my PCP. Dr. Phillips is always professional, friendly, kind & she truly cares about the best interest of her patients. Staff are also professional, friendly & caring.

Tiffany it’s a very good listener. When I have questions, she will always give me good information. Tiffany also suggests certain foods that are good for a diet, and very informative on other aspects of self-care.

I have a lot of respect for Dr Phillips and their staff. The customer service staff is also awesome. There are times I get delayed responses but they usually come through and are there to help me when needed

Dr. Philips listened and addressed my concerns. She took her time to discuss things with me and set me up for referrals for the issues I am having. After my appointment for my physical, I dropped off a paper I need signed off to start a new job saying that I am capable of doing the job and was told it could take up to 2 weeks. I find that a little ridiculous since I saw her a week before that and not having it signed makes it longer before I can start my job. Also, I was told that a paper script.for Physical Therapy would be at the front desk for me to pick up and that was not available to me either. The doctor is good, but I feel that some things take longer than they should.

She needs back up. I had 3 problems that were addressed by the ER instead of her because she wasn't available. She does an excellent job, but needs co workers hired to help her manage patients' needs.
