Dr Tiffany and all her staff always treat me with respect and professionalism. I think I am so lucky to have Dr Phillip as my primary care physician. I really appreciate her and the whole staff there.

I have been very satisfied with MidMi since I started going there about 8 years ago. The staff is always professional and friendly. Dr Philip is very professional and thourough. Always listens and explains clearly. I would highly recommend MidMi.

That the nurse Sarah needs anger management. We had a confrontation during my appointment that was uncalled for because I was critical to some of the processes. If you don't know what is broken how do you improve the process? She took offense and became very unfriendly in her tone and manner, very poor when providing service. It is important to listen to "Customer " complaints and try to improve your process.

The PCT [Removed name of staff member] made me cry. Was rude in the room. Acted as if I was a difficult patient. Didn’t ask questions in a way to make me comfortable to talk to him. I left the office crying. The manager was not in the building when I asked to speak with her.

I like Dr Philip very much-she knows my history very well, and is good at explaining what the problem is and how to treat it. It is somewhat difficult to get an appointment-her schedule is packed. That is not her fault; the administration of MyMidMichigan does NOT employ sufficient staff. The care model they have implemented is substandard.

Like the ‘umbrella’ of care however I felt often [Name] when the nurse told me I couldn’t ask the Dr anything other than the reason for my call. I am sure my insurance covers an office visit for 1 or ‘more’ questions
