What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Philips listened and addressed my concerns. She took her time to discuss things with me and set me up for referrals for the issues I am having. After my appointment for my physical, I dropped off a paper I need signed off to start a new job saying that I am capable of doing the job and was told it could take up to 2 weeks. I find that a little ridiculous since I saw her a week before that and not having it signed makes it longer before I can start my job. Also, I was told that a paper script.for Physical Therapy would be at the front desk for me to pick up and that was not available to me either. The doctor is good, but I feel that some things take longer than they should.

She needs back up. I had 3 problems that were addressed by the ER instead of her because she wasn't available. She does an excellent job, but needs co workers hired to help her manage patients' needs.

She has been very patient & understanding with me. I have really bad anxiety and trust issues, especially when it comes to medical professionals & care. She quickly earned my trust and I hope she'll be my PCP for a very long time. All of her nurses, assistants & staff are great too.

Dr Tiffany and all her staff always treat me with respect and professionalism. I think I am so lucky to have Dr Phillip as my primary care physician. I really appreciate her and the whole staff there.

I have been very satisfied with MidMi since I started going there about 8 years ago. The staff is always professional and friendly. Dr Philip is very professional and thourough. Always listens and explains clearly. I would highly recommend MidMi.

That the nurse Sarah needs anger management. We had a confrontation during my appointment that was uncalled for because I was critical to some of the processes. If you don't know what is broken how do you improve the process? She took offense and became very unfriendly in her tone and manner, very poor when providing service. It is important to listen to "Customer " complaints and try to improve your process.

The PCT [Removed name of staff member] made me cry. Was rude in the room. Acted as if I was a difficult patient. Didn’t ask questions in a way to make me comfortable to talk to him. I left the office crying. The manager was not in the building when I asked to speak with her.
