Dr. Philip is always courteous, understanding, and helpful. I have, nor have I ever had any issues with the care she gives. I have had an issue with one of the nurses who works there however, and have spoke my mind about her. She was rude, and nasty with a snotty attitude when all I wanted was a BP check before I went on vacation, since it was way off from my normal. I will file a formal complaint if I ever have her again and she treats me badly!

Ive never had a problem w the nurses or dr- i love them. However the front desk where you check in ive had multiple unfortunate problems with. Anywhere from being judged in a weird way bcs she did not think i was there for a medicare wellness check- had to argue with her- and remind her sometimes disability is not a LOOK. Then my most recent apt they had a add My medicare wellness check to my scheduled apt, well the receptionist was very rude and told me i should have been there hours ago- sighed really hard after i explained what was happening- she very rudely put me in a room and clearly i was pretty annoying to her. These things are not acceptable. The first time- on the disability judgement i asked to speak w her manager- that lady came out and was ALSO very rude. If i didnt love dr. Phillip so much i would have transferred out. Please get ahold of your receptionist's attitudes.

I Love Dr. Phillip and her staff? I even have my Daughter starting with Dr. Phillip she is always giving the Best info and shows she cares abt her patients. The entire staff is very kind!

Lab results are posted on the portal, but never expect to receive a call. Things explained only during an appointment. Dr. Philips is courteous, professional and listens The staff (nurses) were very conscientious about making sure I knew what might cost me more out-of-pocket.

She’s not a perfect doctor I don’t expect any one to be but she gives tons of referrals as needed and if that referral doesn’t work out for what ever reason she makes it be right by fixing the problem at hand by giving another referral if possible if not she is willing to prescribe the medication herself that you need she’s A++ by me.
