I was very upset with my last appt. The MA and Doctor didnt seem concerned or as if they could be bothered with what I was saying about my health struggles since my last visit. I was very discouraged and made to feel like I was not heard or that my doctor didnt care that I am suffering everyday with vomitting instead I was given a form stating I could be charged an extra copay if I speak of anything other than my 1yr exam. Worst expierience I have had with my many years with this provider.

Unfortunately the experience was tainted by a lab error. The doctor and medical assistant were very good, however the lab failed to complete the tests as ordered requiring [NAME] experience another lab visit and blood draw. [NAME] is autistic and this causes EXTREME anxiety and problems. The orders were made by the doctor, [NAME] had the blood drawn, but the lab didn’t run the tests. This is a huge issue for this family. Hopefully, nothing in the bloodwork is critical.

I would appreciate that I appointment times were followed. I waited between each visit 30 minutes They ask us to be there 15 early and they are 30 minutes late.
