What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Philip wears a N95 mask which makes it difficult for me to understand her... I need to read lips due to my deafness. I often make her repeat herself. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable but a fast talker with a soft voice.

Office staff and provider were friendly and addressed my questions amd concerns. Registration staff should not be wearing headphones when doing their job. If you are not busy enough that you need to be entertained you need more work to do.

I would say that there are times I needed to see Dr. Philip or Kelly her PA & couldn’t get in because they are booked up. I sometimes will go to a walk in clinic. However, this last week I really needed to be seen in Dr. Philip’s office, and she was kind enough to take time to see me.

I was very upset with my last appt. The MA and Doctor didnt seem concerned or as if they could be bothered with what I was saying about my health struggles since my last visit. I was very discouraged and made to feel like I was not heard or that my doctor didnt care that I am suffering everyday with vomitting instead I was given a form stating I could be charged an extra copay if I speak of anything other than my 1yr exam. Worst expierience I have had with my many years with this provider.

Unfortunately the experience was tainted by a lab error. The doctor and medical assistant were very good, however the lab failed to complete the tests as ordered requiring [NAME] experience another lab visit and blood draw. [NAME] is autistic and this causes EXTREME anxiety and problems. The orders were made by the doctor, [NAME] had the blood drawn, but the lab didn’t run the tests. This is a huge issue for this family. Hopefully, nothing in the bloodwork is critical.
