She is very busy and unable to help quickly for infections like UTIs. When we connect she is patient, a good communicator and knowledgeable . I think you need to hire more physicians like her to cover your patients' needs.

I am pleased with Dr Phillip. My concern is if I become ill. (Ie) harsh cough, nausea, sore throat, fever. I have to go to strangers like Ready Med or EZ Care at Meijers. Dr Phillip and I discussed this issue and I think we have it worked out. I have been Insulin dependent all my life and want to be able to see my doctor not strangers

The listening skills need to be worked in here from the three older blondes. An example: I came in for physical. I have medicine that needs to be in med reviews. During the time of the physical that is usually handled. I walked into the office. Went to check in. She took me back. I asked her to please go ask Tiffany's nursing staff if I had to take a hearing sample because I usually do. That I needed to use the bathroom pretty badly. I ended up waiting for a while and Tiffany had to excuse herself from my appointment to handle something very fast. I immediately want to use the bathroom then because no one said anything to me at that point. As soon as Tiffany came back in the room she talked about her and sample. I said I'm sorry and explained what happened. I just feel like now the patient is the one that suffers because the staff member is too lazy to ask a simple question. So now I have to come back to the office and drop off at urine sample. Are they going to reimburse me for gas?

I am not always happy with what I think is understood by them. Sometimes I feel like they have no sense of urgency to get information or answers. I am still waiting for some information Doctor said she would follow up on.

for physicals and things you get an appt date further out, but for most sudden onset illnesses, you are recommended to go to urgent care or walk in clinic.

Dr, Phillip listened to me , made eye contact during our conversations and did not spend all of her time looking at the computer during the appointment. She was genuninely interested me as a person and made an excelllent first impression. She is thorough, knowledgeable , friendly and professional---everything I want in a physician.
