I think the frontline staff should be trained more on customer service. They are the first point of contact before the provider, it should be a welcoming experience. Espcially when you're already concerned about why you're there.

Latoya is fantastic! She listens carefully, is empathetic, and works with me to help resolve issues and continue my care. Nobody likes to go to the doctor's office, but I actually don't mind going to see her!
