Dr. Agarwal was absolutely great with me during my visit. Very caring and listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. I have anxiety in medical environments but he put me at ease in my first vidit with him. Thank you Dr. Agarwal.

I think the frontline staff should be trained more on customer service. They are the first point of contact before the provider, it should be a welcoming experience. Espcially when you're already concerned about why you're there.
