I think the frontline staff should be trained more on customer service. They are the first point of contact before the provider, it should be a welcoming experience. Espcially when you're already concerned about why you're there.

All of the services were courteous, cheerful, and helpful. Questions were often anticipated and answered fully. By the end of visitswith all of the staff, including front office, i felt reassured, encouraged, and confident. Good job all around!
