I love the simplicity of Baptist Beaches services. Everyone always seems so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. This was my first time with the Neurology Group, just across the hall from my primary care provider. They provided answers to all my questions about nerve conductivity and my EMG. Keep up the great care at Baptist Beaches and all the other facilities under the Baptist Healthcare Banner!

The entire visit was awesome. Each encounter was super friendly. The doctor had great bed side manner. He was also very knowledgeable, friendly, informative and easy to talk to. The NCS specialist was also very friendly, easy to talk to and also knowledgeable. India triaged me and she was great. She made me feel at ease and anticipated my needs. The front desk checked me in and was very friendly. Not to mention they answered any questions that I had. I was told what to expect from the doctor and the NCS specialist. I was very pleased as to how each step of my visit was handled.

All of the staff were friendly, professional, and very good at what they do! Denise and Dr. Snyder were phenomenal and took time to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible and understood what to expect. The office is very clean and well maintained.

My 12/11 with Baptist Neurology was excellent in every way. The staff worked to get me in for a nerve conduction test the same day I called to work with my neurosurgeon schedule. That was remarkable.
The staff was gracious, professional, courteous and kind. They welcomed me as a long time returning patient, as I have not been to the office since 2019. They welcomed me with smiles and kindness I appreciate.
I was having difficulty with weakness and walking, so they offered a wheelchair and took me downstairs to my car as well. I could not have made it without the help.
Dr. Snyder was also kind, welcomed me as a previous patient with whom he worked for years. He conducted the test and helped me understand the issues involved. I am thankful for his kindness, professionalism and care. He was well prepared having read my Mayo physician notes prior to my visit.

Dr. Snyder and nerve conduction tech were instrumental in gathering the information for mt diagnosis. They were very thorough, explaining the process before performing tests. Everyone was friendly and personable when interacting with me. Thank you for your superb care.

Everyone super friendly, they really listen to the issues I have, and very helpful to reach out to the VA to get more rest done. After having the issue for over 2 yrs and no one else did anything.
