All of the staff were friendly, professional, and very good at what they do! Denise and Dr. Snyder were phenomenal and took time to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible and understood what to expect. The office is very clean and well maintained.

My 12/11 with Baptist Neurology was excellent in every way. The staff worked to get me in for a nerve conduction test the same day I called to work with my neurosurgeon schedule. That was remarkable.
The staff was gracious, professional, courteous and kind. They welcomed me as a long time returning patient, as I have not been to the office since 2019. They welcomed me with smiles and kindness I appreciate.
I was having difficulty with weakness and walking, so they offered a wheelchair and took me downstairs to my car as well. I could not have made it without the help.
Dr. Snyder was also kind, welcomed me as a previous patient with whom he worked for years. He conducted the test and helped me understand the issues involved. I am thankful for his kindness, professionalism and care. He was well prepared having read my Mayo physician notes prior to my visit.

Dr. Snyder and nerve conduction tech were instrumental in gathering the information for mt diagnosis. They were very thorough, explaining the process before performing tests. Everyone was friendly and personable when interacting with me. Thank you for your superb care.

Everyone super friendly, they really listen to the issues I have, and very helpful to reach out to the VA to get more rest done. After having the issue for over 2 yrs and no one else did anything.

Compassionate staff and doctors. Convenient, next door to Baptist Beaches Hospital. Technician who does nerve conduction tests has been there for more than 30 years. Ample parking. If there is one aspect that needs work is how their waitlist for appointments is handled and that seems to be common throughout the Baptist system. Better be close to the phone when they call for an earlier time slot; if you don't answer, they'll go to the next person on the list: no message, no chance to scramble. It has happened to me in Cardiology as well. If it hadn't been for Ashley's consideration, I would have had to play that game repeatedly or constantly carry my phone. Thanks, Ashley, at Baptist Beaches Neurology!
