I was in extreme pain and they took me back right away. They didn't rush me when I got x-rays. They took it nice and slow and made me relax and comfortable.

After a visit to ER on Feb 5 th was prescribed a halter monitor to wear, which I did and turned in on Feb 8, when I went to My Doctor on Feb 20th he had no access to results of halter Monitor which is the main reason I made the appointment. He said the ER Doctor was the one who has to analyze the results. He said eventually I would get a summary.

Dr. Tom was fabulous. However, this is the second time I’ve been asked to arrive at 6:45 with a 7 AM appointment in the office is dark with not even a receptionist in site. The receptionist did not walk in until 6:58.
