Dr. Tom was fabulous. However, this is the second time I’ve been asked to arrive at 6:45 with a 7 AM appointment in the office is dark with not even a receptionist in site. The receptionist did not walk in until 6:58.

As mentioned in my original feedback, he really puts the care into your hands and is there to talk you through decisions. He never scolded me but enough emphasis was put where it was needed. I was very nervous to meet him for the 1st time but when I left, I felt like he's been my doctor for years. Thank you Dr. Tom!

Very personable. I explained my professional background to him. I was trained as a Metallurgical Engineer and Dr. Fabricius told me that he studied Metallurgical Engineering at Iowa State University until his senior year and then went into Medicene.
