After a visit to ER on Feb 5 th was prescribed a halter monitor to wear, which I did and turned in on Feb 8, when I went to My Doctor on Feb 20th he had no access to results of halter Monitor which is the main reason I made the appointment. He said the ER Doctor was the one who has to analyze the results. He said eventually I would get a summary.

Dr. Tom was fabulous. However, this is the second time I’ve been asked to arrive at 6:45 with a 7 AM appointment in the office is dark with not even a receptionist in site. The receptionist did not walk in until 6:58.

He takes the time to listen. Thats something that I no longer take for granted in a doctor. He goes above and beyond to explain things in a manner that I understand.

As mentioned in my original feedback, he really puts the care into your hands and is there to talk you through decisions. He never scolded me but enough emphasis was put where it was needed. I was very nervous to meet him for the 1st time but when I left, I felt like he's been my doctor for years. Thank you Dr. Tom!
