Sire is very caring and knowledgeable about her field of cardiology. She takes the time to take good care of her patients and making sure that they Understand their health issues and diagnosis’s. My son from out of town was even able to get some health issues explained over a recent week-end visit.I feel very comfortable in Dr. Sire’s care, she truly cares about her patients and wants to do all she can to help them with their health issues!

Nurse Penny’s attentiveness and professionalism really stood out. Doctor Timothy is never rushed and seems sincere in his concern for my health.

I’ve been looking for a new cardiologist for the past several years. I’ve seen this dr and that dr and none of them made the cut until I met Dr Timothy. Although I’ve met him only once so far, I’m happy to have found a new cardiologist who seems to be someone I can work with

Very nice staff and very polite. Dr. Alvin explains everything where it’s easy to understand. Would recommend everybody to this Thibodeaux regional cardiology clinic.

Courtney was great. She explained everything to me. I had a difficult time understanding the complexity of one issue so she wrote it all out for me. I highly recommend her.

The RN Gabby was an excellent nurse with great communication skills and Mr Dwayne was also excellent. He was not rushed and discussed concerns I had.

I feel Dr Al Timothy was very kind and considerate and respectful, and very knowledgeable in the recent aortic valve replacement that I had.. He took the time to answer my questions concerning my heart.

Well, to start off, I was supposed to be going for a check-up. When I got to the room, they ran two test on me and that's great ,because I know that they are looking out for my health and well being. Thank you Thibodaux Regional , Dr. DUGAS AND STAFF.

I'm a firm believer, that if it's not broken, don't fix it.

This doctor is the best doctor I have ever seen has the best manners, understanding, thoughtfulness questions open minded open years to every question I had If I could see him for every Illeman, I had, I would pay extra money just to visit with him. He is a great asset to the hospital and the area.

Dr Clarke and his nurse Ashley and the intake nurse (I forgot her name cause I have mush brain) were so amazing. They always make me feel seen and heard and accommodated. I’ve seen so many doctors who have rushed me and made me feel “patted on the head” but I always feel like I’m a part of my care and the fact that I’ve made so much progress and I’m actually feeling better is such a testimony to what this care has done for me!

Sandie was very courteous and is always pleasant over the phone handling appointments. MA was very courteous also and knowledgeable. Dr Elias always reassures any worries I have. I never feel rushed and he explains everything thoroughly. I Highly recommend this office.

Teasha did an excellent job obtaining my insurance information. Kami greeted me warmly upon my arrival, and Heather B was pleasant and professional during my workup. Dr. Dugas was outstanding, as always. He was respectful, thorough, and took the time to carefully review all of my information. Christy was also very helpful and assisted me with my prescription. Overall, it was a great experience. This office just needs more staff it looks like they are short staffed!

Everyone was friendly which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Dugas asked questions about my condition that made me feel that he was interested in my health. He answered all my questions and made me aware of medication side effects.
