Nurse Bonnie & Nurse Christy were VERY helpful & real easy to talk to! Dr. Chad Dugas was also very helpful &easy to talk to, have known him for a long time, even before he was my Doctor, I like him very much!

Not a thing, I was very satisfied with all my treatment & have confidence in any future treatment that I may need!

Dr. Dugas and staff are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoroughly explained everything about my condition and how they are able to treat the diagnosis.

The person who did my echo and caroid was excellent very proffesional and was very nice made me feel very comfortable. Her name was Kami the PA Mary was also very good I felt at ease and Dr Dugas is one of the best.

I was very comfortable with the Comfortable with the doctor since it was the first time I visit him I thought he was very high and listened and concerned about my health

Everything excellent Chad saved my life and when I got better he found a way I could go back to work (a job that I love) staff is great place is clean and has a positive feel That’s something important in a hospital where everyone goes in but not everyone leaves

Nothing on top of their game (maybe give out lollipops like the banks used to do)

Dr. Dugas is always patient and listens, does not rush you. The staff was very caring.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I would like to have discussed the veins in my legs, but the subject never came up. Also was not given results of my EKG. I can only assume it was ok.

Dr Dugas listened to our concerns and gave his input to a solution to our concerns. The exam was very thorough. Ordered testing to resolve the issues.

Everyone in that office went above and beyond in their treatment of me. I feel like Dr Dugas is outstanding in listening to me and explaining everything so I can understand what he is saying.

The front desk staff was professional and courteous. Dr Dugas took his time with me and explained the need for new medication, including the criteria for stopping the medicine. He was aware of my other provider visits and my overall recent medical care.

Dr Dugas and his compassionate staff were excellent! The patient portal is not as easy to negotiate and access information as others I have used. Could use much improvement!

Dr. Chad Dugas is the best heart specialist. My husband and I have ever had. I’m so happy he is with Thibodaux regional. He’s very friendly and that’s what the elderly people need. Thank you.

Dr Dugas and all of his staff were excellent! I especially remember Christie [ ] , she was Amazing! So very helpful , knowledgeable and warm and friendly! I feel so Blessed to have been treated so Good!!! I also had the privilege of meeting my homeboy of Vacherie… Dr. [ ]! He too was very warm and friendly!

I understand that doctors run on different schedules than much of the rest of the world, but I had to wait a good bit of time right at an hour, for the visit. I don’t mind the wait. I do think someone should stick their head in once in a while and say we haven’t forgotten you. He’s just tied up with another patient.

My first time visiting I felt so good about everything.I was nervous but the doctor and nurses were so nice and friendly. The receptionist at the Desk so nice too .

I would have to say that I was very comfortable during my visit of testing and results. I consider them as family . It is not always about the almighty dollar, but the health care of the patients. That is what Dr. Dugas and his staff has to offer . Thank you 😊 💓

Dr. Dugas always listens attentively and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. He asks clarifying questions and shows genuine concern for the overall well-being of his patients. I feel comfortable and confident in his care. Excellent doctor. Both wise and compassionate.

Nothing. Everything went well. Staff was as welcoming, patient, thorough, helpful, and kind as Dr. Dugas.

Dr Dugas checked my records and decided it was time for a stress test. He asked me if I could do the treadmill. I said yes. He said oh, he was hoping I couldn't, because he would have more info doing the tunnel. So I agreed to the tunnel. He could've told me what to do, but instead gave me the choice. I admired that in him.

I don't feel we could've improved on this visit. I was pleased with the results and our go forward plan.
