I called for an appointment on Sunday afternoon. I received a call back Monday morning at 8:30 and got an appointment that afternoon at 3:30. Very efficient.

Next to impossible to get an appointment (except for six month shallow 'check up' and some lab work. Patients cannot schedule their health needs on six month increments. Just learned appts are assigned by a non medical individual in KANSAS!!Often advised to seek care at local Urgent Care facility.Please do something to make health care assessable to patients

Scheduling an appointment is quite difficult and getting through on the phone lines takes a very long time. Trying to get an appointment with a doctor within a short period of time is impossible. A few years ago getting an appointment within the same week was the norm.
