My visit with Terry Malloy is always a good experience. She is a kind soul and always has my best interest when giving advice concerning my health. I trust her and will always take her advice concerning my healthcare. I truly thank her for always taking great care.

My experience was positive, and hoping available doctors are increased at this office. Currently w/o a PCP, but zero issue with Terry Malloy would see her again no reservations

Getting in to see the Nurse Practioner was super fast. She was a nice woman and listened to me. Try to get in to see your normal Dr and you Have to wait 6 months to a year.. That to me is very sad and very discouraging.

I LOVE the care I get and the thorough check ups I get and all the upkeep of my records and stuff are so well educated . I love Terry Malloy very much. She is very kind and always on top of things. I really adore her as a health provider

I went in for a double ear infection. Imediately after exam was given prescriptions for 500mg amoxicillin & eardrops. I had recently went to a hospital in Rochester NY, they only prescribed 125mg Amoxicillin which didn't even do nothing and no drops either,

She's quite abrupt and not very warm, as though not wanting to engage in any talk. Almost left me feeling like she was upset with me about something, but I've never met her before this visit. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

My son had sores on his face from his football helmet and his primary was booked. From the time we walked into EZ care until the time we were done was 20-25 min. Very fast. All staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and let my son know this is a common thing that can happen. Terry prescribed an antibiotic, as he had impetigo, and I requested an antibiotic cream we've used in the past and she said no problem and called that in as well. I appreciated how quick the appointment was and how kind and personable the staff were. Wonderful experience; thank you!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very caring. Patients should enter waiting room, not bring all family members into waiting room. I saw 3 patients waiting and at least 7 extra family members waiting around in waiting room , it’s not that big.

Was very happy when I visited the EZ Care at Meijer and there was a two hour wait that they registered me right away and had me come back at an appointed time instead of having to sit in the waiting room for two hours.

I wasn’t to impressed during my last visit, I waited a week & day to be seen & I had been bleeding for over a month, when Terry walked in she didn’t do vitals or even let me really say my concerns, she just instantly referred me to Sault Women’s Health Clinic & now I wait until July 9th

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I was placed in the room by her lovely nurse...but then forgotten. It was at least 30+minutes I waited for Terry and I had to get back to work. I wanted to try a weight loss med and was basically told no. She did have research showing her reasoning but I wanted to still try it

I wasn’t very happy will the Nurse practitioner I ran out of Script and drove 30 miles for new script right now I am caughing a lot I will drink more water to see if it helps I took I script for cough it help a little have u ever starting coughing and couldn’t stop
