Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and listened carefully and took the time to respond to and explain fully any questions about my overall health, test results, and continued well being. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family along with Lee Health group.

Jolene, the technician, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The nurse who was shadowing Taylor was professional, and caring. Great team work !

Taylor was great and to be seen on a [ ] was wonderful as I was not aware of [ ]. I had been [ ] and was pleasantly surprised. I will keep Taylor’s name for future reference in case Dr [ ] is not available! I’ve not yet met Dr [ ] yet but look forward to seeing her on [ ]. TY Lee Health for being there in this of need!

Front Desk was very helpful in getting an Advance Directive printed for me & answering questions. The Nurse was helpful in letting me know that [ ] can be done in your office (I was sent to Coconut Point). Taylor was wonderful! Very attentive, she had read my medical records ahead of time to familiarize herself with my history, which is very much appreciated. Asked how I was feeling regarding my upcoming [ ]. Reassured me that if I had any questions to call.

My appointment had been [ ], but not by me! The man at the desk was on top of his game and offered me an appointment with the PA an hour later. I agreed and was satisfied that I did not have to return another day! Problem solved!

Taylor is wonderful! She is very competent, and she listens to her patients, and together we solve problems. No matter how busy she is, she gives of her time to make sure you get the very best care. I needed the same day appointment and the girl at the desk was excellent about scheduling me and getting me checked in as soon as possible due to a [ ] to something. It happened twice in a week and both times the staff was excellent and gave me appropriate care leaving me feeling very safe and cared for
