The front desk CSR was really nice

The provider checked my problem out then insisted I go the an ED immediately. She saved my life by sending me to the hospital immediately.

The doctor was caring ,complete explanation of my Medical issue and what she wanted to do to help correct it. She explained her plan and ordered all the necessary test/x-rays and appropriate medication's. I did not feel rushed or pressured to finish, she was attentive and addressed all my concerns. I could understand her completely, even though she had a strong Spanish accent. I felt completely safe and protected with her
