This was my first visit with Soraida . Dr Rad had retired and I needed to establish with a new health care provider. She was very thorough regarding my exam, professional and knowledgeable. I asked her to remain to be my healthcare provider. She agreed.

APRN, Soraida, really knew her medical information, and studied my lengthy chart. She questioned me with my medical history, and my current medical status. I could tell she had advanced analytical medical knowledge and carefully listened to my concerns, and corroborated this info with MyChart. Soraida ended up sending in a prescription for me based on my recent blood test. In addition she analyzed my previous years chest scans and listen to my worry. She took the next step and ordered a more in chest scan that will offer up more information on my body. She exceeded my expectations with my previous providers had offered with this chest scan! She definitely took more time discussing my options than any of your primary care physicians I have seen. I will always be grateful for that! Then Sorada went back into my medical history and noticed I hadn't seen a cardiologist since 2019. She firmly felt I needed to reconnect with one and wrote up a referral. All in all Soraida is a definite asset to your team when the actual doctors are too busy or not available.

The lady that checked me out and walked me out. She had dark red scrubs on, She was a younger Hispanic lady probably around 26. She had her hair back in a ponytail. She was so nice and caring. All employees should learn from her.

The doctor was caring ,complete explanation of my Medical issue and what she wanted to do to help correct it. She explained her plan and ordered all the necessary test/x-rays and appropriate medication's. I did not feel rushed or pressured to finish, she was attentive and addressed all my concerns. I could understand her completely, even though she had a strong Spanish accent. I felt completely safe and protected with her
