I was told to arrive 10 minutes ahead of my appointment which I did. The clinician came to get me about 5-7 minutes after the scheduled time and did not acknowledge being late. The appointment lasted 30 minutes - $200 seems a lot for a 30 minute facial. When I politely pointed out that I thought she missed an area of my face she became quite defensive. It was all a bit awkward at the end..
