I enjoyed meeting and talking w/Susan. She has helped me. Since seeing her, I decided to try again. I found a new home after being homeless for a month. Now, I start on new job on Monday. The new medication has helped. Dr. [ ] has helped me too.

All positive, staff polite, helpful. The only downside is this location is 24 miles from my home. (Almost 50 miles round trip. It???s part of the main hospital in downtown Jacksonville parking is always a problem.) I will be doing virtual from now on.

Miss Susan makes it very easy for me to talk with her, for me to open up about how I really feel and not be ashamed or afraid of it. And the other staff, from people answering the phone they have a way of making you feel as if you're important and what you saying do matters. I think everyone for the care that I am receiving

I was discharged March 14th! The earliest the ray appointment you couldn't get me was April 26th! I literally told y'all the ER how I have been trying to get in to see someone and haven't been able to. Ridiculous that during the hospital stay there is no actual emotional support, and after to speak to a therapist I'm now waiting weeks and before even get to you want a review!Also, no one even consulted with me on if the date and times worked with my schedule. Who knows if it is it going to be another almost 6 weeks in between therapy visits with this providers! I mean this is a joke. People who need therapy who have been in the hospital need it immediately. They also need it weekly if not every bi weekly a month for a while! The bridge is a terrible name for this program. It should be called gap or canyon.The 'Bridge' needs a lot of work. I'm in need of a higher paying job, you need someone to help work out the issues for this, contact me, I'll actually care about the patients. Seriously, this bridge is not advocating for people in need, as it is.

Susan was pushing meds before listening to my requests. I don't want SSI meds. I would prefer a solid health plan with diet and excercise. I explained that I don't like taking them because they diminish who I am.
