I said it earlier, but the best word I can use to describe the feeling I get from her is "genuine". She seems to genuinely listen and genuinely care. Two traits that are sorely lacking in much of the world today, and often even more in the medical field. Not so with her or Caitlin.

She and her nurse Caitlin are great as I mentioned in the earlier comment field. They are friendly, and joke just a little to lighten the mood, and best of all listen to concerns. I don't feel rushed which is a big issue at a lot of places.
