I would tell them that I get good care at this office. Im usually impressed with each doctor I see.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would describe to them the extreme wait time I experienced in the exam room, the casual, un-professional attitude of the staff in the back, and the length of time it took for the dr to explain and choose a treatment plan for me.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
They ration needed services . Did not address the ailments that I was there for. Refused to give a referral for pain management or physical therapy. Nurse don’t follow up or call back about referral. Emergency room did lab work and prescribed pain lotion not doctors office.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Very professional, listened to my concerns. The last few times I’ve had to wait over a half hour on top of the 15 minutes you want me early. This time it was an hour. Would it be acceptable if I arrived an hour late and expect to be seen repeatedly?
