I meeting shortly with an advisor to help get me through this United Healthcare debacle. I need to stay with Lee Health because I have developed my health team under the Leehealth umbrella when I moved from MN. I had an extremely strong team there following traumatic illness.

The doctor was wonderful & his team was great. So caring. They explained what was being done. What I might feel and the only thing I felt was the needle for numbing meds for maybe 3 seconds and I felt nothing else really. Procedure was not a bad as I feared. But I asked about it before it was fine so by the time I had procedure I was more relaxed.

Bessie was absolutely amazing. She took information, was very reassuring and I was impressed by how well she explained everything to me. Dr. Subnaik was just as impressive. He did not rush, answered my million questions, offered suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about my condition. He was willing to work with me on my terms and not force medications, which I do not want. I have been very pleased with the level of care I have received at Lee Health.

Dr Subnaik is attentive, interested, informed. We talked about the different things I was doing and he knew about the vibration plate and the collagen peptides. We discussed those. His nurse is also great, friendly, efficient, good sense of humor.

Everyone is very kind and professional, especially Dr. Subnaik. He is a very dedicated physician who truly cares about helping his patients. He always strives to do his best for those of us who are dealing with a lot of pain and works hard to achieve the best possible results. What I appreciate most is that he is a very compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend him and his team.
