All personnel that I encountered were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The medical assistant and Dr Stacy Stephen were extremely professional and kind! Would highly recommend them!

Dr Stephens was very informative. She took time to understand my and my families medical history. She also was right in line with the preventative path I would like to follow. It has been a long time since I have had a primary physician, but both the doctor and her staff made it an easy experience.

Dr. Stephen is wonderful. Her bedside manner is amazing. She respects a patients opinions and works to provide appropriate care. She listens to concerns, answers questions and suggests best care. Shamar, has such a wonderful personality. She is pleasant, "smiley." But also very professional and knowledgeable. She makes the patient feel welcome and comfortable. I am a career nurse, have worked for [ ] for past 13 years, and wish I had someone like her on my team. In my past positions I have been a manager and director. She deserves a high five! A raise, and a party in her honor!

All the staff and Dr Stephen are amazing here, I am satisfied beyond expectation! Shamar and Dr Stephen make it a joy to come in for my appointment, even if for bad news! I give them a 10 star out of 5! 🌟

I was so pleased at the time Dr Stephen spent with me. I came armed with a list of questions and concerns and she discussed every one with me. Some were just things I’d read and she didn’t dismiss them as ridiculous but instead explained her view on why it was or wasn’t a good idea.

As a new patient I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was so nice and took very good care of me. Dr Stephen's spent all the time I needed with her and answered all my questions. I felt like she truly cared about my well being. I couldn’t have picked a better doctor to partner with.

This was our (my husband and myself) first visit and everyone from check-in at the front desk, to Shamar (the doctor's assistant), and ultimately to Dr. Stephen...were pleasantly helpful and informative. Dr. Stephen is a breath of fresh air...taking her time to get to know me and my medical history, engaging in discussion and answering all my questions. Mostly, we never felt rushed and came away from this initial visit extremely happy to have found Dr, Stacy Stephen!
