Clean, easy access facility. Excellent doctors and nurses. We love Dr. Silberman and he will be missed. But we know we will remain in good hands.

Everyone is so professional and responsive. Portal messaging is wonderful and someone always gets back to me right away. I appreciate the flexibility of the staff and their availability to always answer questions. Super grateful!

Dr. Silberman is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable physician. This is the number 1 reason we love Baptist Pediatrics. I love the staff up from
Morgan and Megan are truly so sweet. Lisa and Maureen are the phone nurses who have been picking up my messages and putting my mind at ease. We have been with practice for 18 years now. The entire staff is wonderful ( I just can???t remember everyone???s name)

Your scheduling system is very frustrating and needs to be improved. I could not schedule an appointment for my sick child for the same day or next day and it is very frustrating. Also, waiting for a nurse to call back to schedule the appointment seems redundant.
Your staff is very nice and professional so it is not the staffs fault.

My 17-year-old son has been seeing Dr Silverman for about the past 5 years, when he decided he wanted a male pediatrician. He has learned to feel confident asking any questions he has, which is critical for future relationships with MDs. As a parent, I appreciate tye thoroughness at each visit, fantastic follow up, and the entire team in the office.

Clean, they try to get back to you asap when in need of a sick visit. Nice nurses and staff in general. All pediatricians that have seen my kids have been caring

Dr. Silberman is an excellent physician from his bedside manner to thoroughness to detailed instructions. His office staff are always friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful, clean, and easy to access.

The doctors are not paid enough. You give raises to support staff, but continually decrease the doctors pay. Do you not want to reward their hard work?

I had my hands full with 2 kids, one being a crazy toddler. Mika helped carry my 5 month old to the room and also helped my 2 year old put her shoes on. She did so much more but I just am so thankful for her help that day!
