I have seen Stephanie for a number of years and she is the best. She does a thorough examination and is very apologetic when having to freeze or do a biopsy on a suspicious area. I appreciate the care she gives.

Ms. Carpenter was very caring and concerned about any pain I might be experiencing. She explained the procedure she was performing as we proceeded. Biopsy took about one half hour. I was never in any pain.
I would trust Stephanie to work on me in the future.

I got there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork but they called me back before I was done and said I didn’t need to finish it right now
She came in, didn’t look at my health history, no questions about my health history, looked at my back for 10 seconds and said everything looks normal and the hives on my neck are caused by stress not the autoimmune disease I have where one of the main symptoms is hives and then I was released so I sat there and finished my paperwork and handed it to the front desk on my way out so I am not a fan

My experience with Hope, an APRN (nurse practitioner), is always a good one. I never feel rushed, she is very kind and knowledgeable, and not judgemental. I will continue to make appointments with her as needed. Also,the receptionist was friendly and kind. KGP
