My time with the doctor was lovely, she listened to my concerns, offered to check my back for moles despite me being there for another issue, and in general was a lovely experience. The only reason the visit wasn't a 10 is because despite it being an early morning visit I still had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to get seen.

Friendly staff. Dr Wharton is the best! He's thorough and explains everything to my understanding. Never rushes me. But what I like best is he doesn't automatically recommend follow up visits like most doctors do, just to keep you coming back when it's not necessary.

I have NO problem with Stephanie, my problem was after I checked in. Other patients came in after I did and saw Stephanie before I did. I finally got up and asked why i was still sitting after others had come in and then checking out. I found out that Stephanie didn't know I had been sitting out there for almost an hour. My paper work hadn't been taken to the inner office. Stephanie apologized for my delay and said the situation would be addressed. I have never had to wait to see Stephanie, she is very thorough in her exams and gives me a choice. She also doesn't constantly call to change my appointments.

Heard Stephanie talking with a sales rep outside the door. I didn't bother her until after 10 minutes of personal conversation (15 minutes after my appt.). I then popped my head out to let her know I was ready. She then came in, made some rude remarks & was in a foul mood for the rest of the appt. I am considering going elsewhere now.
