Initially, the llee health lab staff, especially Lupita, went above n beyond to help meet my needs and accommodate me and reach out every time.Something additional was needed to ensure my labs were completed on time. She epitomizes customer care and caring for patients. Shawn Steiner is outstanding in her focus care and concern for her patients. As a nurse , I pride myself on focusing on my patient, and Shawn Steiner is that person I want caring for me.

The triage nurse on the phone – Jennifer was great… The lady who checked us and was nice, the medical assistant was good, and the nurse practitioner was good also

I cannot say enough positive things about Shawn Steiner! She is extremely thorough, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, empathetic, considerate, easy to talk to and listens intently to you and your health concerns. Shawn is determined to get to the bottom of your issues and find a solution to help you. She doesn’t have a big ego (like some drs), and is very genuinely down to earth. I am so happy to have Shawn for my primary and anyone that goes to her would say the same… she is an amazing asset for Lee Health!!!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful with my needs. The Nurse who took all my vitals was very informative and provided Dr. Steiner with the ability to evaluate my health now and future recommendations to improve my future advancement

My visits with Shawn and staff are always excellent. Everyone is welcoming and working to keep me relaxed. I appreciate how Shawn listens, communicates her understanding and works with me to look at options of care. After our visit Shawn makes arrangements and lets me know what I will be doing next. After tests, labs and next appointments, she contacts me to explain results.
