Shawn Steiner and the nurse were wonderful. The nurse was very caring and great personality, very professional. Shawn Steiner is and always has been amazing. Very caring and concerned, professional and listens to your concerns. She addresses every concern.

The medical assistant was so nice and positive! She was informative about what she would be doing for me. I always look forward to my appointments with Shawn Steiner APRN. She take time to answer my questions and make me feel she cares about my health. She is definitely an asset to Lee Health.

Everyone and everything was excellent.There is apparently a snafu with automatically generated report that inserts inaccurate information. Such reports have potentially serious consequences.
