Very effective visit overall. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day using MyChart. The registration/check-in was very smooth, professional but yet friendly. Christie and Shawn worked very well together in a timely and efficient way, answering my questions along the way. Thank you all for taking care of me.

Both Shawn Steiner and the nurse assisting her that day were excellent in their care and compassion towards me. My appointment had to be rescheduled from early spring due to S. Steiner's schedule change, but she and her staff are well worth the wait.

I find that all the staff that work at the receiving desk are pleasant and helpful. The staff that called me back to take my vital sign was warm and caring when talking to me. I cannot remember her name. I think Shawn Steiner, APRN has always been great every time I have seen her. She is professional , calming and reassuring discussing my health.
