I find that all the staff that work at the receiving desk are pleasant and helpful. The staff that called me back to take my vital sign was warm and caring when talking to me. I cannot remember her name. I think Shawn Steiner, APRN has always been great every time I have seen her. She is professional , calming and reassuring discussing my health.

Shawn Steiner is so kind and compassionate. I trust her. She actually reads my chart before entering the exam room. Never before have I looked forward to going to the doctor's office.

The elevator was broken. Shawn Steiner made a point of coming to the first floor, as opposed to requiring me to climb stairs to the second floor!
