My experience with Dr. Steiner has been nothing but positive. She understands me. She’s a great listener. She shows heart and compassion for what she does. When I get busy in my life and I can’t see to clear, she has no problem pulling me back into reality to let me know the steps I need to take to be healthy again.. The staff is also amazing. They’re spot on. They know the job, they know how to direct, and they are quick to message the doctor on what ever I may need. That’s another thing I appreciate about Dr. Steiner. She always quickly contacts me whenever I report a problem to Front Desk or nurses.

Front desk checkin person was very efficient, thanked me for doing online checkin and did not hassle me with questions repeating what I had already answered online!

Because I live alone I have a tendency to talk to much. I appreciated their patience and attitude because of this issue. I know I do it but fail to recognize it until I leave and driving home. I promised myself I will do better next time but no promises. I absolutely love going there and think the world of the staff

The reason and only reason I use the Lee Physicians group is strictly the staff. I’ve never felt like “ A Patient “, but i feel like the “Only Patient “.

Shawn Steiner was attentive to everything I said. I felt like she cared and understood what I was talking about and took action to get me the tests and help needed. I switched my insurance company just so I could continue to come to her.

I recommend Ms Steiner to my wife she was very satisfied with her visit also recently I was treated for [ ] at Lee hospital when I mentioned her name the staff that knew her had nothing but good things to say again vary happy to be seen by ms Steiner

Ms. Steiner took the time to talk to me, explain things to me and treated me as a person, not a dollar sign or number. Did not feel rushed through the appointment. Would highly recommend her!
