I love the staff. Very friendly and professional. Also, Doctor McCarthy takes his time and listens very well. I leave feeling like I have a plan for my health for the next year. Sorry, I only see him once a year but that is because together we have a plan that works!

Once you can an appointment, you never feel rushed or not listened too. Dr McCarthy is very attentive, asks questions, provides education and offers suggestions not just prescriptions. Also his nurse was very personable and professional. Instills confidence.

I have been in every hospital in Jacksonville except Shands. I will only go to Baptist, period! The qualty of staff and the facilities are the best. The Patient's "My Chart" health communications is a God send. The woman are better looking too, lol.

Everything! I got there later than the time and they still accommodated me with a bit of a wait I didn't mind. Everyone was very pleasant, overall. Reception was great! Shari is wonderful supporting Dr. John F. McCarthy who is WONDERFUL. It is very refreshing to see medicine being practiced again at its optimal levels with the care that Dr. McCarthy provided me.
