It’s very nice, clean, and receptive. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I was very impressed with Dr. McCarthy. It was a new patient visit. He was very thorough in reviewing my medical history. I felt he was truly sincere in giving me the best medical care for my health issues. I am looking forward to having Dr. McCarthy take care of my medical issues in the days ahead.

Nurses are very professional! And Dr. McCarthy is very detailed and caring! He is absolutely brilliant!!! He went over every detail of my hospitalization, Medication’s and drug reactions. Love Dr McCarthy! He makes you feel comfortable and actively listens when you are describing your issues or concerns. Offers excellent suggestions, is highly knowledgeable and professional while also being very kind. Instills confidence. Not common these days and so most appreciated. His team is also personable and efficient. I commend them on replying timely to any questions in the portal. The challenge is the ability to get an appointment; can take over a month in my experience.

Everyone is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I've been coming to this location for more than 15 years and never had any reason to complain in all of that time. I've moved to another part of town during that time and I drive past many other doctors to keep going to the St. John's Bluff location.
