Love Dr McCarthy! He makes you feel comfortable and actively listens when you are describing your issues or concerns. Offers excellent suggestions, is highly knowledgeable and professional while also being very kind. Instills confidence. Not common these days and so most appreciated. His team is also personable and efficient. I commend them on replying timely to any questions in the portal. The challenge is the ability to get an appointment; can take over a month in my experience.

My doctor John McCarthy is down to earth and takes the time to hear your concerns. I have had a few doctors and have not ever received great treatment as I have with Dr. McCarthy!

Everyone is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I've been coming to this location for more than 15 years and never had any reason to complain in all of that time. I've moved to another part of town during that time and I drive past many other doctors to keep going to the St. John's Bluff location.

He takes the time to make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed regardless of how long it takes. He is friendly and professional.

Starting from the receptionists to all their staff members, all are really professional and welcoming, and the cherry on the cake is Dr. John McCarthy, I can't express how grateful and appreciative to have a premiere physician doctor as great and compassionate as him ! He's soo dedicated and soo understanding ! He makes you feel so comfortable talking to him and he let's you talk about your concerns and he listen at every single words with resolution and comfort , I love being his patient and I wish him all the best he and his team a brilliant future .

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. I love having Dr, McCarthy as my primary physician. He is a great listener, very focused on his patients and takes the time to discuss any issues brought up. He treats you not just as a patient but someone worthy of undivided attention and takes the time to answer any questions raised. It is very refreshing not to feel rushed.

Dr McCarthy is kind as well as very knowledgeable. His staff is also very empathetic. They are all responsive to portal requests, as well.

Dr. McCarthy is very comprehensive, knowledgeable and works in traditional ways to satisfy patient questions and concerns. He also takes into consideration my personal condition when trying to mitigate what is plaguing me. He does not doctor with a paint brush swipe. I value and appreciate if he thinks something, non-Rx will work better or in combination with lifestyle adjustments.
