Dr Fox used an anatomy display to show the structure of the muscles & bones of the shoulder area. This display gave a good view of the area that was causing pain.

Emily was very friendly, open and welcoming. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Dr. Porter asked specific question and listened respectfully, engaging in a dialogue with me. She explained things thoroughly, described a plan of care and follow up.

Dr. Porter is an exceptional physician. She takes the time to truly listen, understand what’s going on, and make sure her patients feel cared for. She even worked me in before her day started because she knew I had to catch a flight — that level of dedication is rare.
My continued care at SSM is because of Dr. Porter. Without her, I would not choose to come here, as the organization no longer feels centered on patients. The focus has shifted away from patient care, and it shows. Physicians like Dr. Porter are the reason people stay; the organization would benefit from allowing them to lead the way again.
