It is not her fault that she is not able to further assist me with my medical condition, but it is incredibly frustrating to have an appointment, and be charged for an office visit, that was unnecessary.

I had the good fortune to be the recipient of a canceled appt so I could get in almost a month earlier for my injections. She does a wonderful job giving joint injections.

I truly appreciated that Dr. Eccles gave me the trigger injections right away. She understands that I get very anxious and stressed when I have to wait for her to return while she's seeing another patient. It made all the difference in the world and I can't thank her enough!
