Dr Chen was very professional and courteous. He made every effort to explain the procedure and what to expect. He also took care of the pain I was having in my thigh and leg.

She's a total ASSET to SSM Pain Management!!! She truly cares for her patients and she spends a lot of her time digging for answers regarding her patients!!! She's my favorite "detective" in solving MY medical puzzles and mysteries!!! I soooo appreciate all the time and effort that she's puts forth running the right tests and following up with the outcomes in a timely fashion!!

Dr. A is extremely competent which is critical to me in a doctor. We shall see if the procedure was successful but that is not under his control and he was upfront about this. I appreciate honesty.

Laura was just doing her job. I may have judged her too harshly before, but I spoke the way I felt about her not listening to me. Now that I had proof, she listened to me.
