Dr. A is extremely competent which is critical to me in a doctor. We shall see if the procedure was successful but that is not under his control and he was upfront about this. I appreciate honesty.

He is the first doctor I have seen in a while who actually spends time listening and explaining. He doesn't make the appointment feel rushed.

He is in a tough field as often there is no "easy" cure for chronic pain but he has good ways to do the best with it.

I did voice my concerns at the time, in person to this doctor. When I told them I felt they were being dismissive to say the least, they said they were sorry I felt that way and continued with indifference.
