I did voice my concerns at the time, in person to this doctor. When I told them I felt they were being dismissive to say the least, they said they were sorry I felt that way and continued with indifference.

Dr. Achampong is very AMAZING DOCTOR AND IM SO VERY GLAD HE IS MY BACK DOCTOR AND I WOULD TELL EVERY ONE THAT Dr. Achampong would be the Best back doctor to go to if they needed a Doctor to take care of Any problems with there back and nerve problems!!!

He spent time thoroughly explaining my imaging that was done (no one else had done that yet) and brought out a 3d model to really show in detail where my issues are. He included me in my care and truly listened to my questions. He was direct, but was not rude/unkind, which I appreciated.

He didn't seem to be very caring about the pain I experience. Not very uplifting. I did state this to him. I felt very disheartened when I left. I'm sure he is a very knowledgeable doctor but not very people friendly.
