While I love his treatment and won't go anywhere else, it does get frustrating to some days have to wait 45 minutes. Guess that's all part of him taking his time with patients and addressing all their needs.

I do think Dr. Henslin needs more time allowed for his appointments. He's always behind. Probably because he refuses to push patients out the door. He does great work and I don't think he should be forced to shorten appointments just to meet a timeline.

He does an amazing job. Just would be nice if wasn't always running behind on times and would be able to get when our scheduled times are. I am always there 15 mins before the appointment time, but lately I haven't been grabbed from the waiting room until almost 30 mins past our appointment time which means waiting 45 mins before even brought back into a room.

Dr. Deere is friendly but interested in me as a patient and treats me with respect and efficient care.

Dr Schmidt was awesome!! Just the Dr I needed. She took her time and we discussed everything. I felt that she was the first DR that really understands my situation!!! Thank you Dr Schmidt for the start of my journey.

My only slight complaint is that Dr. Henslin wants to see me for a follow-up this coming week and he has no openings. Hopefully they can find a way to fit me in so my recovery can continue.

My only complaint is having to wait 45min between the lobby and exam room. I would suggest booking less patients in a day to keep on schedule.

I don't think I've ever complained about something, but I have to admit, his room was a little on the cold side when I was there. Still had a great treatment and am feeling much better.

It was refreshing and a delight to be able to have a conversation with a doctor that you felt understood and related to you and did not rush nor gloss over the medical terms to get through the appointment quicker. It was much appreciated that Dr. Schmidt communicated and collaborated with me to create a plan moving forward.

He has referred me to physical therapy, which has helped with muscle issues and hopefully, to determine the underlying cause for this condition of my neck. He continues to keep the rest of my body aligned as needed.

At my age I don't have a ton of faith in doctors, but I know when I see Dr. Henslin I will be taken care of, given good advice for between appointments and will be listened too. That's pretty uncommon these days.
