The staff were friendly and it was an easy scheduling to get my second opinion on surgical options. Dr Michalke was spent the time with me to answer all my questions and provided me with more information I needed to determine my next steps for surgical options.

I had an excellent consultation with Dr. Michalke. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to answer every one of my questions. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed.His professionalism, compassion, and genuine care immediately put me at ease during what has been a very stressful time. I left my appointment feeling informed, confident, and reassured. I truly appreciate the time and attention he gave me and would highly recommend Dr. Michalke to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate plastic surgeon.

I was quite anxious when I arrived. However, the nurse and the doctor made me feel at ease. Dr. Michalke was incredibly down-to-earth, didn't rush at all, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

I found all the staff to be outstanding from the girls at the front desk to the doctor and his assistant and billing. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.Dr. Michalke explained in detail every option that I had and made me feel very comfortable.
